MESSEGRAW

In general, you can visit the MESSEGRAW webpages without us requiring any personal data from you. We only receive information about which IP address retrieved which page at which time. This information is analyzed for statistical purposes. The individual visitor remains anonymous.
 
On some pages, you can enter personal data such as your name and address in input fields. These data are only processed for correspondence with you and for the purpose for which you provided the data to us. If you contact us via a form, the information you provide will be transmitted in encrypted form. In this way, misuse of the data by third parties is prevented.

MESSEGRAW collects data on each access to the offering (so-called server log files). Access data include the following:

Name of the retrieved webpage, file, date and time of retrieval, transmitted data volume, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system of the user, referrer URL (last page visited), IP address, and requesting provide.

MESSEGRAW only uses log data for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security, and optimization of the offering. However, MESSEGRAW reserves the right to examine log data retroactively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete grounds.

“Personal data” means information that can be used to identify a person, i.e., information that can be traced back to a specific person. Names, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers are all personal data. Data on preferences, hobbies, memberships, or webpages viewed by a person are also considered to be personal data.

Personal data are only collected, used, and passed on by MESSEGRAW if this is legally permitted or the user consents to collection of the data.

 We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content design or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of the service.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

To protect the privacy of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods corresponding to the current state of the art (e.g., SSL) via HTTPS.

We collect personal data communicated to us by you on your own initiative, for example, when you contact us. We of course only use the personal data transmitted to us in this way for the purpose for which you provided us with the data when contacting us.

Communication of this information is done explicitly on a voluntary basis and with your consent. As far as it involves information on communication channels (for example, e-mail address and/or telephone number), you also consent to us contacting you via these communication channels in order to respond to your inquiry.

You can withdraw your declarations of consent for the future at any time. To do so, please contact our Data Protection Officer (see contact data below).

We do not use any third party services.

Like many other websites, we use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. Through them, we automatically receive certain data such as your IP address, browser, and operating system from your computer and your internet connection.

Cookies cannot be used to launch programs or spread viruses to a computer. By means of the information contained in cookies, we can make navigation easier for you and enable our webpages to be displayed correctly.

Under no circumstances will the data collected by us be passed on to third parties or a link to personal data be established without your consent.

Of course, you can also view our website without enabling cookies. Internet browsers are regularly set to accept cookies. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via your browser settings. Please use your browser’s help functions to find out how to change these settings. Please note that some features of our website may not work if you deactivate the use of cookies.

Social plugins from the providers listed below are used on our websites. You can recognize the plugins by the fact that they are marked with the corresponding logo. These are not directly integrated. Only after you click on the logo does your browser establish a connection to the provider's server. 

These plugins may be used to send information, which may include personal data, to the service provider and may be used by him. We prevent the unconscious and unwanted collection and transmission of data to the service provider through a 2-click solution. To activate a desired social plugin, click on the logo to activate the plugin. Only this activation of the plugin triggers the collection of information and its transmission to the service provider. We do not collect any personal data ourselves using the social plugins or about their use.

We have no influence on which data an activated plugin collects and how it is used by the provider. At present, it must be assumed that a direct connection to the provider's services will be expanded and that at least the IP address and device-related information will be recorded and used. It is also possible that the service providers try to save cookies on the computer used. Please refer to the data protection information of the respective service provider to find out which specific data is collected and how it is used. Note: If you are logged in to Facebook at the same time, Facebook can identify you as a visitor to a specific page.

You have the right to receive information about the personal data we have saved about you at any time. You also have the right to rectification, blocking, or, except in the case of the prescribed saving of data for the purposes of transaction completion, erasure of your personal data. Please contact our Data Protection Officer regarding this. Contact data can be found below.

Personal data must be kept in a lock file for monitoring purposes so that they can be blocked at any time. You can also request the erasure of the data as long as no legal archiving obligation exists. If this obligation does exist, we can block your data on request.

You can makes changes or withdraw your consent for the future by communicating this to us.

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply for your next visit.
